Our Pure Chocolate bars are single origin - farm to bar - direct trade - and handmade in Jamaica. Our Jamaican artisan chocolate 3 pack contains one 60 gram bar of each of our 3 Academy of Chocolate award winners in 2021 Jerk (Gold), Cinnamon (Bronze) and Cocoa Nibs (Bronze).  

Pure Chocolate Company is a Jamaican artisan chocolate brand born in January 2017 from a desire to give back and develop a long dormant and under appreciated homegrown product in Jamaica - its fantastic cocoa.   

With every decision we take, we always keep one thing in mind - is what we do honest, sustainable and Pure?  

70% Dark Chocolate Jerk Seasoning (60 grams)  
Tasting notes: Notes of salt, thyme, pimento, smoked wood and scotch bonnet pepper.  
Pairing tips: Parmesan cheese, tawny port , Dark rum  
Ingredients: Premium quality Jamaican cocoa beans, sugar, scallions, salt, pepper (capsicum), onion, pimento, vinegar, black pepper, garlic, thyme, spices  

70% Dark Chocolate Cinnamon (60 grams)  
Tasting notes: Cinnamon, red berries, caramel  
Pairing tips: Dark rum, Ruby Port, Blue Mountain Coffee  
Ingredients: Premium quality Jamaican cocoa beans, sugar, cinnamon 

68% Dark Chocolate Slow Roasted Cocoa Nibs (60 grams)  
Tasting notes:Hints of red fruit, sweet spirits, caramel tones and a crunch by the added nibs
